The Public Wireless Services Group specializes in identifying alternative siting solutions for searchrings that have been historically difficult or categorized as “dead.” The searchrings are analyzed based upon topography, real estate availability, and jurisdictional constraints, among other factors, to present multiple options to the client.

Site Acquisition
We understand the importance of securing the right lease quickly. We coordinate and communicate effectively between the different parties involved in the site acquisition process including property owners, legal, RF engineers and architects. Our site acquisition consultants typically work multiple lease candidates to allow for the fastest on-air time for our customers.

Zoning and Permitting
We work closely with jurisdictions and agencies to obtain all required permits for a site. We represent clients at public meetings, community meetings and maintain strong relationships with planners and staff. We also manage obtaining all required FCC environmental compliance reports for a site.
